Position Summary:

  • As a Marketing Manager, your role will be to enable IT resellers to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that drive business growth. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will consult on marketing tactics, manage partner relationships, and provide strategic and operational support, including training, campaign management and reporting. This position combines elements of project management, partner enablement, marketing consultancy, and relationship building in a dynamic B2B technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing campaign KPIs and overall performance, sharing feedback and recommendations.
  • Produce targeted marketing and sales collateral (e.g., brochures, leaflets, posters, stands, and digital assets) to support lead generation efforts.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Sales team to ensure seamless integration of marketing and sales activities, supporting the planning and delivery of digital campaigns.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to enhance employer engagement.
  • A creative thinker who loves coming up with new ideas.

Qualifications:

Skills:

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging content.
  • Analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and campaign execution
  • Prior experience in XR, AR/VR, or related sectors is highly advantageous.
  • At least 5 years of experience in channel or field marketing within a B2C or B2B technology environment.
